These terms govern your use of Easy Gift Vouchers. By purchasing a gift voucher, redeeming credit, or booking travel through our platform, you agree to the conditions below.
Our service
Easy Gift Vouchers lets you send digital travel gift vouchers, redeem credit to a travel wallet, plan family itineraries, and book hotels. The hotel catalog lists real properties with a sample nightly price for planning. The payable hotel rate is the live euro net rate on our checkout, paid with voucher credit, then by card or iDEAL. A flight on a trip is a live fare in euros. Voucher credit is applied first and any remainder is paid by card or iDEAL on this site. The ticket is issued after that payment. Each direction is its own ticket. An airport transfer in the plan is not a booking.
Gift vouchers
New vouchers are travel credit in euros. A voucher bought earlier in another currency keeps that currency. They do not expire. You can redeem them in full or in part. Hotels and flights on this site are charged in euros. After payment, refunds follow the withdrawal rules below.
Withdrawal
If you buy at a distance in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. A voucher is personalised with a name, message, amount and design. Digital delivery by email or PDF starts immediately after payment when you ask for that on the order form, and the right of withdrawal ends once that delivery starts. A physical card is printed for you; the right of withdrawal ends once printing starts, which you also request on the order form. Before payment you can leave checkout at any time. Email hello@easygiftvouchers.com if you think a charge was made in error. Credit already spent on a booking follows that supplier's cancellation rules.
Wallet & redemption
Redeemed credit is stored in a travel wallet linked to your browser session or account. Wallet balances can be applied to bookings on Easy Gift Vouchers. You are responsible for safeguarding voucher codes before redemption.
Bookings & payments
Trip bookings may combine wallet credit and card payments processed by Stripe. Estimated hotel and activity prices in a trip plan are catalog estimates, not a live confirmation. A flight is not part of that estimate. You book it from a live fare: voucher credit first, then by card or iDEAL, and the ticket is issued after payment. An airport transfer in the plan is not charged. A hotel booked from live rates is charged in euros: voucher credit first, then by card or iDEAL for the remainder. The price, taxes due at the hotel, and whether the rate is refundable are shown before you pay. The stay is reserved only after that payment succeeds. We will tell you on the checkout page if the confirmed rate differs from the search result before you pay.
Cancellations
You can leave checkout before you pay. After activation, refunds follow the withdrawal rules in these terms. If a trip booking is cancelled under the supplier's policy, wallet credit for that booking is returned to your wallet.
Acceptable use
You may not use our platform for fraud, resale of vouchers in violation of these terms, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts or wallet access that breach these rules.
Liability
We provide the platform as-is and are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant voucher or booking, except where prohibited by law.
